We'll start by talking. You'll schedule your initial free, 30-minute no-commitment Discovery Call where we'll look at where you are now, where you are headed and what your hopes and aspirations are. We also address any questions, challenges or concerns you might have. You'll walk away with more clarity and your next step, and we'll both find out whether we are a good match.

Following the Discovery Call, I’ll invite you to join my shared online workspace. You’ll get a little tour of the platform and receive your first assignment in preparation for our first session.
 

Having established your priorities and focus for our work together, we’ll create a roadmap and dive right in from day one. We’ll have weekly or bi-weekly 1-hour sessions over the course of 2-3 months, either online or in person. In these focussed conversations, we work together towards your outcomes. Looking at who you are on a deep level, you can count on me to be compassionate and straight-talking. I will encourage you, stretch you and reflect back on your brilliance and uniqueness.

A lot of the learning and action will take place between sessions. I usually give some home assignments, such as a worksheet, an activity, or a reflective task.
 

Throughout the process, I’ll support you via my shared workspace which provides the focus and accountability you need to move towards your dream job. You can create, organise and track actions, worksheets and vision boards. You can also send me updates and questions, and I will reply with reflections, ideas and answers.
